世界衛(wèi)生組織雖強(qiáng)調(diào)不建議實(shí)施旅行和貿(mào)易限制，并再次高度肯定中方的防控舉措，但是對(duì)于出口企業(yè)和外貿(mào)人來(lái)說(shuō)，此次疫情無(wú)疑是一次巨大考驗(yàn)。我們整理了與國(guó)外客戶(hù)溝通疫情的各種表達(dá)，希望能夠幫到您！
1）通知假期延長(zhǎng)：

表達(dá)：
Affected by a novel coronavirus, our government announced all enterprises will remain closed till February 9.

或：
our government announced it will delay resumption of work to February 9.
Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.

在我看來(lái)，不需要長(zhǎng)篇大論告知，中國(guó)作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)，此事一出，各媒體爭(zhēng)相報(bào)道，很多客戶(hù)多少心里有數(shù)。多余的解釋?zhuān)€會(huì)引起不必要的不安。長(zhǎng)話短說(shuō)即可，大多數(shù)客戶(hù)都能理解且致以問(wèn)候。

2）如客戶(hù)擔(dān)憂疫情蔓延，表達(dá)信心：

表達(dá)：
China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed.

中國(guó)有決心、有能力戰(zhàn)勝這次疫情，我們也都認(rèn)真對(duì)待和配合，按照政府指示，控制病毒傳播。在某種程度上，周邊氛圍保持樂(lè)觀。這種流行疾病最終會(huì)得以控制和消滅的。 3）通知已下單客戶(hù)貨期可能會(huì)延遲：

表達(dá)：
Apparently the coronavirus issue will not be resolved in short period, we are afraid that the schedule of your order may be changed due to the delay of production. We'll keep you updated.

很顯然，這次疫情短時(shí)間內(nèi)不會(huì)得到解決。我們恐怕你訂單的排期會(huì)因?yàn)樯a(chǎn)的推遲而改變。會(huì)進(jìn)一步告知進(jìn)展。

如果已經(jīng)確定延誤：

We regret to inform you that the delivery will be delayed due to the novel coronavirus. We'll keep tracking the status and try our best to expedite. Sorry for the inconveniences caused and thanks for your patience.

我們很遺憾通知你貨期因疫情會(huì)延遲。我們?cè)诟M(jìn)中，會(huì)及時(shí)告知進(jìn)展，同時(shí)也在竭盡所能加快進(jìn)度。對(duì)此造成的不便表示歉意，謝謝你的耐心。

也有急性子的客戶(hù)不太理解我們，可以補(bǔ)充：

The delayed shipment is not just from us, but from the sub vendors, logistics, and all other related support systems.

表示延誤，是整個(gè)市場(chǎng)都如此。

4）如客戶(hù)2月初有來(lái)華計(jì)劃可委婉勸說(shuō)遲些再來(lái)：

告知復(fù)工時(shí)間，再說(shuō)：

To avoid any negative impact, I suggest that you may consider delaying your trip to China.

為了避免任何負(fù)面影響，我建議你要考慮下延遲來(lái)華行程。 5）如有客戶(hù)受海外社媒謠傳：

糾正后：

Fake news. Thanks for helping prevent the spread of these rumors if possible.

假消息！如果可以，也請(qǐng)幫忙阻止這類(lèi)謠言的傳播。

可以補(bǔ)充：

I believe, China's speed, scale and efficiency of response is rarely seen in the world.

我相信中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)此次疫情的速度，規(guī)模和效率在世界上都是很少見(jiàn)的。此話有感于一個(gè)客戶(hù)和我說(shuō)：Any other countries could not have controlled like China. 滿滿的民族自豪感。

這個(gè)1月對(duì)很多人來(lái)說(shuō)，挺黯淡的。給我也帶來(lái)很多不好的消息，親人離世，至親受著病痛折磨，天天跑醫(yī)院的我，倍感疲憊。但一坎接過(guò)一坎，依舊樂(lè)觀，關(guān)關(guān)難過(guò)關(guān)關(guān)過(guò)。疫情發(fā)生后，盡己所能默默捐款，除此照顧好家人，做好自己，心懷希望。
